Technical Definitions
- Size: Size designated to match the ID of Fitting in inches.

Male / Female Fitting (OD) (Outer / Inner Diameter):
- Male OD: The actual measurement across the outside of the male threads.
- Female ID: The actual measurement of the inside diameter of a female threaded port
- Threads Per Inch (TPI): The thread pitch, representing the number of individual thread peaks found within a one-inch (25.4mm) section.
- Actual Barb End: The outer diameter of the ribbed section. This should match the Internal Diameter (ID) of your hose.
Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns

- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
