Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at sales@fleximake.com.au.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges are accepted — contact us to arrange.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@fleximake.com.au

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it.
