PVC Repair Kit – 5 Patches + 20g Adhesive

The PVC Repair Kit provides a convenient solution for repairing minor punctures, leaks, tears and damaged areas in compatible PVC materials.

Each kit includes 5 × PVC repair patches and 20g Cyberbond adhesive, along with application instructions. The patches are bonded over the damaged area using the supplied adhesive to create a secure repair.

Suitable for repairs to compatible PVC tarps, covers, drinking water bladders, inflatable marker buoys and other PVC products.

PVC Material Options:

• Potable PVC Material – suitable for compatible drinking water bladder repairs
• Non-Potable PVC Material – suitable for compatible PVC tarps, covers, inflatable marker buoys and other non-potable PVC applications

Need a specific PVC colour? Please let us know your required colour when ordering. We will provide a suitable colour where available.

How to Apply:

1. For bladder repairs, empty the bladder and allow it to air dry as much as possible.
2. Clean the repair area and PVC patch thoroughly, ensuring both surfaces are free from debris, moisture and other contaminants.
3. Apply adhesive to both surfaces where contact will be made.
4. Position the patch over the damaged area and apply pressure and weight to bond the surfaces together.
5. Cover the repaired area with a plastic bag to catch any excess adhesive, then place a weight over the repair.
6. Leave the weight in place for at least 2 hours before filling or pressurising the repaired product.
7. For bladder repairs, partially fill the bladder and check the repaired area for leaks before placing it back into position.

Important: Repair patches are single-use. Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean and dry before application and follow the supplied repair instructions for best results.
