PVC & PE Self-Adhesive Repair Patch – 200mm × 100mm
Make quick and convenient repairs to punctures, leaks and small damaged areas with our PVC & PE Self-Adhesive Repair Patch. Designed for use with compatible PVC and PE materials, this heavy-duty self-adhesive patch provides a simple repair solution without the need for additional adhesive.
The patch can also be used for repairing minor punctures and leaks in Fleximake standard PVC drinking water bladders. The 200mm × 100mm patch can be cut to the required size to suit the damaged area.
Suitable for:
- PVC and PE materials
- Fleximake standard PVC drinking water bladders – for minor puncture and leak repairs
- Small punctures, leaks and tears
- Compatible tarps, covers and flexible bladder materials
How to Apply:
- For bladder repairs, empty the bladder and allow it to air dry as much as possible.
- Cut the patch to suit the puncture or leak. For best adhesion, the patch should extend approximately 25mm beyond each side of the damaged area.
- Clean the repair area thoroughly, ensuring it is free from debris, moisture and other contaminants.
- Remove the release paper, position the patch over the puncture or leak and press firmly into place.
- Keep pressure or weight on the repair patch for 3–4 hours before filling or using the bladder.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at sales@fleximake.com.au.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges are accepted — contact us to arrange.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
