The DW140B – 140L is an Australia made Box (B) shape drinking water bladder, designed for 4WDs and SUVs when you need extra water capacity. It shares the same inlet, outlet sizes, and standard fitting positions as the DW100B, making it perfect for fitting into irregularly shaped rear footwells or cargo areas while maximising storage.
With 140L of capacity, the DW140B is ideal for extended camping, overlanding, touring, off-grid travel, or transporting water to remote caravan sites. Its design also works seamlessly with shower kits and pump setups.
Built for Australian Conditions
This bladder comes standard with a 1-inch (25mm) inlet, making it easy to fill using a bucket, pump, or other manual methods — perfect for locations without mains water access. Like all our bladders, it is made from food-safe, BPA-free materials and built to withstand Australian off-road conditions.

Guideline: If the available space is less than 100 mm smaller than the bladder, it can usually still be used. It may not reach full capacity, but it will still function effectively.
Filling & Dispensing
1" Top Filler Cap – Fill using a garden hose or container. Acts as a vent but does not prevent overflow.
1/2" Hose with Tap – Can be used for filling and dispensing. Some models include a breather to prevent pressure build‑up.

• DW100B: 1" top filler cap only
• DW110B: 1/2" hose with tap + breather
• DWN125BH: Both 1" filler cap + 1/2" hose with tap + breather

Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, contact us at sales@fleximake.com.au.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges are accepted — contact us to arrange.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.

Clean with room-temperature water only. Do not use hot water, chemicals, or chlorine based detergents. Before first use, rinse thoroughly with room-temperature water or flush with a mild lemon juice solution several times.
