The Stormwater Backflow Prevention Device (Air Gap) by Blue Mountain Co solves this problem by creating a simple yet effective air gap that prevents stormwater backflow from entering your rainwater bladder tank. Instead of contaminating your stored rainwater, any backflow safely discharges out of the air gap onto the ground.
This device also features a removable mesh mosquito screen to prevent mosquitoes, frogs, rats, and other pests from entering your rainwater tank system through the overflow. Paint it to suit your tank or home for a seamless appearance.

Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
