Guideline: If the available space is less than 100 mm smaller than the bladder, it can usually still be used. It may not reach full capacity, but it will still function effectively.
Filling & Dispensing
1" Top Filler Cap – Fill using a garden hose or container. Acts as a vent but does not prevent overflow.
1/2" Hose with Tap – Can be used for filling and dispensing. Some models include a breather to prevent pressure build‑up.
Examples:
• DW100B: 1" top filler cap only
• DW110B: 1/2" hose with tap + breather
• DWN125BH: Both 1" filler cap + 1/2" hose with tap + breather

Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges are accepted — contact us to arrange.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
