The 100mm Air Gap Backflow Prevention Device by Rain Harvesting (Blue Mountain Co) creates a physical gap between your rainwater tank and stormwater lines, ensuring dirty stormwater cannot back up into your valuable rainwater storage.
Includes two removable insect-proof screens for easy cleaning and a raised lower lip on the air gap opening to minimise splashing.

Freight & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times depend on when your order is placed relative to our cut-off time: 1:00 PM (UTC+10, Sydney/Melbourne).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times by Location:

Returns
If a product doesn’t fit your application or change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank processing may take additional time.
