PVC Strip Curtain Installation Tip
Our PVC Strip Curtain Kits are designed for quick, hassle-free installation and come in three convenient sizes:

Follow these simple steps to get your strip door up and running in no time.
Step 1: Measure Your Door Opening

Width: Measure inside frame-to-frame.
Tip: If your door opening is wider than a single kit, install multiple kits side-by-side. -
Height: Measure from the floor to the top of the door frame.
Pro Tip: Always measure from finished floor level.
Step 2: Choose the Right Strip Size
| Application | Recommended Strip Size |
|---|---|
| Light pedestrian traffic | 100 mm × 1–2 mm thick |
| Pedestrian, trolleys, carts, doors | 200 mm × 2 mm thick |
| Forklifts / vehicles | 300 mm × 3–4 mm thick |
Step 3: Trim the Strips (if needed)
- Strips can be cut to your exact height.
- Use sharp scissors or a utility knife.
- Smooth edges with sandpaper if needed.
Step 4: Mount the Bracket
- Secure the hanger bar using screws and wall plugs.
- Use a spirit level to ensure it’s straight.
Step 5: Hang the Strips
- Strips come pre-mounted on stainless steel holders.
- Place holders into the hanger bar securely.
- Maintain 50 mm overlap for insulation and airflow control.
Customising for Different Door Sizes
Narrower Doorways:
- Trim the mounting bar.
- Adjust strip count or increase overlap.
Wider Doorways:
- Install multiple kits side-by-side.
- Join mounting bars end-to-end.
- Extra strips and bars available separately.
Pro Tip: Pre-plan kit quantity for wide openings.
Adjusting Strip Height
- Supplied at 3 m — cut to required height.
- Measure from finished floor level.
- Use utility knife or heavy-duty scissors.
- Smooth edges with sandpaper.
